'ALL DONE!' iPhone Application
Support
The 'All Done!' application has an intuitive interface, aided by Apple®'s user-friendly iPhoneTM platform.
The application has two functional screens:
1. Main screen:
The main screen allows you to add or delete lists:
- Adding a list:
- Add a new list using the
button in the top right corner of the screen. When creating a new list, you can select additional options related to your checklist (whether to show the optional notes and / or last updated dates for each item in the list).

- Deleting a list:
- Delete a list using the
button in the top left corner of the screen. Or, to delete all the lists in your application, choose the 'Delete all checklists' option at the bottom of the screen.

- Receiving a list:
- This feature allows you to receive a checklist from another iPhone or iPod touch using the wireless Bluetooth technology. The sender of the list must choose the 'Transmit list' option (as described below), while the receiver must select the 'Receive checklist' option on the main screen. After the two phones authenticate each other, the transmitted list will automatically apprear in the receiver's database.

2. List screen:
The list screen allows you to manipulate the data in a list:
- Adding an item:
- Add a new item to the list using the
button in the top right corner of the screen. In addition to the actual item name, you can also choose to include an optional note.

- Editing, deleting or emaling an item:
- The
button to the right of each item in the list can be used to edit the item, delete it, or to email the individual item.

- Displaying item notes:
- By pressing the
button at the bottom of the screen, you can turn on or off the note display for each item in the list.

- Displaying dates:
- By pressing the
button at the bottom of the screen, you can turn on or off the 'last updated' date display for each item in the list.

- Emailing a list:
- You can email the list to yourself or others by pressing the
button at the bottom of the screen. The link included in the email can be used to share lists between users that are not in close proximity. Just click on the link, and the list is automatically added to the local 'All Done!' app. The email also includes a text version of the list for those who do not have the 'All Done!' app.

- Transmitting a list:
- If the device where you want to send your list is in close proximity to your device, you can instantly share a list using the Bluetooth technology by selecting the
button at the bottom of the screen (note that this feature is not applicable to first generation iPod touch devices). The receiver must then select the 'Receive checklist' option from the main screen. After the two phones authenticate each other, the transmitted list will automatically apprear in the receiver's database.

- Resetting a list:
- By pressing the
button at the bottom the screen, you can reset your current list. This operation will leave all the items as is, but will remove any checkmarks and reset the 'last updated' dates. This option can be used, for example, to reuse an existing list for such purposes as annual maintentance lists etc.

The 'All Done!' application is available for download from the Apple® App Store.
Try this app at no cost with the FREE version! This is a full-functionality application, which can be used for an unlimited time. However, the number of lists is restricted to two.
